Exarma is an Australian-owned intelligence practice working with clients in Australia, the Pacific and further afield. It has two pedigrees: holistic intelligence assessment, and narrative analysis. Its founding experience lies in defence and government intelligence, in the assessment of threat, of how groups and individuals are selected and approached, and of the information environment in which that occurs. The practice is analytical by design; where an engagement calls for capability beyond analysis, it is drawn from a vetted associate network and declared to the client. Clients, methods and work remain confidential.

Discretion
What we do for you stays between us. We don't publish client names, case studies or methods.
Rigour
Judgements are evidence-based and stated with their confidence, including what is not known. Each engagement closes with its agreed measure reported, and with an account of where the assessment proved wrong.
Candour
We describe our capability as it is. Where something must be built or sourced for an engagement, it is quoted with a lead time rather than presented as held.
